1. Who processes the data

The controller of the personal data of the service's customers “Keybliq” — Фізична особа-підприємець Волков Сергій Валентинович, TAX ID 2661806175, address: 14030, Чернігівська обл., м. Чернігів, просп. Левка Лук'яненка, буд. 6, кв. 2. Personal data requests: +380 95 226 30 05.

This policy applies in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

2. What data and why

Data of the client and its representatives — the organization’s name and details, name, Telegram ID, phone number (confirmed by Telegram), email for invoices, payment history. Purpose — concluding and performing the contract, payment, documents, service messages and support. Legal basis — performance of the contract (clause 3, part 1, Article 11 of the Law) and obligations provided for by law (accounting and tax records).

Payment card data is processed by the WayForPay payment service. The Provider only receives a masked card number and a token for recurring payments and has no access to the full card number or CVV.

Data of the organization’s employees that the client enters into its system (full name, phone, Telegram ID, key handout log) is processed by the Provider as a processor on the client’s instructions — see section 10 of the contract. Technical data — a session file (cookie) to sign in to the account dashboard. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Who the data may be shared with

Telegram — для роботи ботів і повідомлень; дані передаються на сервери Telegram за межами України. The payment service (WayForPay) — for card payments. Поштовий сервіс — для надсилання листів. Державним органам — у випадках, прямо передбачених законом. Дані не продаються й не використовуються для реклами.

4. Storage and protection

Each organization has a separate database. Only the Provider has access to the servers. Backups are created daily and kept for 30 days. Client data is kept for the term of the contract and 60 days after non-payment; payment documents are kept for the periods set by tax law.

5. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law, you have the right to know what data of yours is processed, why and by whom; to access it; to demand its correction or deletion; to withdraw consent (if processing is based on consent); to object to processing; and to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court. Send your request to the contacts in section 1 — we will reply within 30 calendar days.

6. Changes to the policy

A new version is published on this page with its date. We notify clients of significant changes via Telegram or email.
